After the long gap Started to read the tech stuff’s again, In mailflow we will come across of many NDR’s, Some of them will be from Server end and some of them issued by Outlook clients itself (like the NDR for the Send As access issue).

But in most cases the NDR from Servers will be having bunch of info for the email admins to analyze and to take it further but the NDR emails from Outlook will not have those kind of info.

But some server side NDR itself will not have much info like the below one,

“There was a problem with the e-mail system while processing this message This message is not redelivered.”

Just read about that NDR in a Japan Exchange Blog, Am just sharing what I read from their blog post.

we will explain the phenomenon which becomes a transmission error when replying to the message of the rich text format (hereinafter referred to as RTF) format.
This behavior occurs on any version of Exchange Server 2007 through 2016.

Phenomenon Send and receive multiple times in reply to RTF messages in Outlook client. If we reply to this message or send it by attaching it to a new message, it will fail to send the message and an NDR containing the following words will be sent to the sender.

“There was a problem with the e-mail system while processing this message This message is not redelivered.”

Cause
This phenomenon occurs because the Exchange server violates restrictions on processing RTF-formatted text There is a possibility that it is occurring because it is.

The Exchange server performs structural analysis of the body of RTF in conjunction with processing such as MIME conversion necessary for message transmission by SMTP protocol when delivering the message.
When doing this structural analysis, we check the font information to be used in the RTF document, but on the implementation of the Exchange server, if the font information exceeds 2048, it is regarded as a corrupted message.
Damaged messages will result in the above error and transmission will fail.

* We are counting entries that are present in the font table defined in the RTF document, not the actual number of fonts used in the RTF message.

Workaround
This upper limit can not be changed. Therefore, by replying to HTML or text format, you can continue to reply to the same message without problems.

I am not understanding much from the below Post, But i always love to know how the things were evolved from the past, Hence i thought to share this.

We couldn’t sync this library. This library isn’t available offline

ISSUE:

When users try to sync a OneDrive for Business library or SharePoint Team Site library, they receive a message “We couldn’t sync this library. This library isn’t available offline”.

This happens when Offline Client Availability is set to No.

RESOLUTION:

Change the Offline Availability to Yes.

To modify setting, click the gear in the top right and go to Site Settings

Under the Search section, you will click on the link that says Search and offline availability.

Change the Offline availability to Yes

 

NOTE:  The Offline Availability may also be set to No, under the Site Settings, Site Library and Lists

 

Customize Documents, followed by Advanced Settings
